We installed the cat flap to give the cat’s self access to their sleeping quarters; previously with a manual flap the neighbours cats were eating their food and keeping them from entering their own shelter , but now they will sit outside and casually open the flap. We use much less cat food, the cats are much calmer and more content…. works like a charm …. easily installed.

Finally some innovation in cat doors! This door has greatly improved my cat's quality of life (and mine!). Tried the magnetic lock thing years ago, but that required a key or a magnet, aside from being serious bulk around my cat's neck, wouldn't always line up and I started finding him stuck outside. So I discarded the magnet and unlocked the door, which is when I started catching raccoons in the house (for real). So I gave up and have been opening the door for him since (over and over again day after day) - until I found Sureflap. Awesome. Put a 10" tunnel right through the wall using the extensions, it took him about a week to get it and now we're both lovin' our new freedoms.

We just wanted to say how impressed we are with our new SureFlap cat flap, both in the quality of the product and the technology. After our elderly cat started being bullied in her own home by a neighbour’s cat we tried magnetic and then infrared cat flaps. They were both completely useless and a waste of money, causing nearly as much stress to our cat as the intruder.

Our SureFlap is perfect (purrfect?), what a wonderful product. It does everything we need of it and does it well. We have had no strays pestering our cats since we installed it, no strange cats sneaking in during the night and yet our two have complete freedom to come and go as they want.  I can't imagine that I would want it to do anything more.
